METRA's core team have all come into the evaluation field with substantial experience in development, fundraising and/or bid/proposal writing.

 

We know that many organizations struggle with the M&E sections of the proposals they submit to funders- as well as identifying the targets, realistic impact and theory of change when developing their projects.

For this reason, we offer a variety of boutique services to help organizations communicate their data to funders- from assistance in framing proposals and reports to help with more technical M&E questions and even helping our clients develop logical frameworks, theories or change or other platforms in submitting applications.

In certain circumstances, we may actually help oversee an entire proposal, bid or tender for select government agencies including the European Union and other government agencies and programs in Europe and the U.S. as well as complex or strategic proposals to private grant-making foundations.
